Rates and Booking Information

Rates

My rate for modeling with a single photographer is $125 hourly, $450/4 hours, $850/8 hours. 

For each additional photographer it is an extra $50.

*Please note: My rate is expected to be paid in cash only at some point during our shoot. If you need to use another form of payment it will need to be discussed before our shoot. 

Modeling: Fully clothed up to full nudity. (Please see my ‘modeling limits’ below for further clarification).

Makeup & Basic Hair: I will arrive to our shoot with a bare face and straight hair. I do this in order to be able to do the style and type of makeup that you would like for our shoot. I will arrive 5-10 minutes before our scheduled start time in order to speak with you about what type of makeup you would like done and to get started.* Doing my own makeup and hair will be included in the session time. If you have hired a makeup artist to do my makeup and hair we can discuss a discounted rate for the time I am in the makeup chair. 
*If for some reason I am not able to start my makeup before our official ‘start time’ I will give a 15 minute allowance for it. After that any makeup left to do will be included in the session time.
*Please note: The clock does not “stop” for requested hair/makeup changes. 
*If you would like to me come ‘make-up ready’ it will be an additional $50 added onto my rate.

Wardrobe Styling: I am able to provide a diverse selection of fashionable wardrobe and current, in style, lingerie pieces. If you would like to photograph a certain wardrobe item please tell me in advance and I will bring it with me [if I still currently have that piece]. If I do not have your selected piece, I will inform you of this before our shoot.  
*Please note: If you are wanting to shoot in a shower/bath and wish for me to get my hair wet I need to be made aware of this beforehand so I don’t schedule another shoot after ours.
*Please note: If extensive cleanup is required (ie in the event of a “messy” shoot (paint, glitter, ect)) the time to shower/clean off will be included with the session time.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that I have a cancellation policy.  
Cancellation is defined as any scheduled shoot cancelled under either controlled or unforeseen circumstance. 
Local Shoots (GTA): For local shoots (within the GTA) I require 100% of the agreed on rate if you cancel within 48 hours of our shoot. 
Traveling Shoots (outside of the GTA): For shoots where I am traveling (anywhere outside of the GTA) I require 50% of the agreed on rate if you cancel 48 hours before I have left home. I require 100% of the agreed on rate if you cancel after I have already left home. Please understand that it is incredibly difficult to rebook after I have left home and I have nonrefundable overhead expenses (gas, hotel room rentals, ect).
*Please note: In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a shoot the photographer will be notified ASAP and any non-refundable fees incurred by the photographer (ie studio rental fees) will be reimbursed. 
*Please note: I will waive my cancellation fee the first time if we are able to reschedule another date within 4 weeks (for local shoots only).

Model Releases

I am willing to sign a model release for personal use/publication and a copy of my photo ID.
My legal name listed on my photo ID is not to be credited under ANY circumstances, for any purpose, web, print, or otherwise. “Nicole Nu” is the only name to be used for any image credit.

Other Considerations

  • Details of each shoot will be kept in writing for organization and reference purposes. I will not book a shoot over the phone. 

  • The exchanging of phone numbers and an address for the shoot location must be given on confirmation of our shoot and must be provided at least 24 hours before our shoot. 

  • The clock must start at the agreed upon time and end at the agreed upon number of hours (ie if we schedule a 2 hour shoot starting at 12pm we must be wrapped by 2pm). *Please note: The clock does not stop if the photographer needs a change of setup, if the photographer wishes to travel between multiple locations, etc. 

  • If we are planning to shoot outside, I highly recommend a second indoor backup location. Cancellations due to weather will be subject to my cancellation policy. 

  • All outdoor nude work must have a reasonable expectation of privacy. 

  • If you choose to end our shoot early the full agreed on rate will still be required. 

  • I have pubic hair and I’m not open to shaving it.

  • Please inform me during our shoot discussion if you want me to pose with another model. I am very selective with what other models I pose with (so please keep this in mind as I might decline on working with the other selected model).

Modeling Limits

I will shoot the following genres: Fashion, Commercial, Beauty, Lingerie, Implied Nude, Art Nude and Glamour Nude. I will shoot fetish content on a case-by-case basis and is limited to shooting Latex and Shibari (rope work).

I will not shoot under any circumstance: Any content that displays or solely focuses on my vulva, labia or anus while nude, masturbation, using sex toys or porn.
